H.E. Mesfin Gebremariam, Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in the Republic of Rwanda signed the book of condolence for the former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, expressing his heartfelt sympathies to his family and to the People and Government of USA. The solemn event took place at the U.S. Embassy in the Republic of Rwanda. Ambassador Mesfin honored President Carter’s legacy and contributions to international diplomacy and humanitarian efforts.
